- The original French signs are still intact, giving instruction where to find the different areas of the fort. European history...without any graffiti...just like it was sixty to ninety years ago. |

- Of course a compulsory bathroom picture had to be taken, with a bit different toilets from the "normal" standard found from the fort.

- Imagine the echo that must have been heard here during the bombardment. Some sections of the fort, are in a bit sad state as the metal parts and other valuable metals and construction materials have been ripped off and taken to a new use. However despite that, the fort still holds it's shape very well and even when it would be left completely on it's own, it most likely would stand the test of time for another century, perhaps a peacefull one? |
