Partly Demolished House In Järvenpää, Picture 1- It seems that during this summer, the city has decided to renew the whole city as they have demolished so many houses, buildings and places. There has been so many places, that I haven't even got a chance to visit them all. There is still a few buildings that will meet their destiny before the winter.

- This house in question was once a home for some family, but now it needed to go, so that our future, the youth can have their high school. I wonder will they ever ask, that what was here, before our school...

- I was almost too late here, as one wall had already seen the use of catepillar tractor. The view inside wasn't any better. The building workers had used this house as their depot and a place to rest. The result was that all kind of useful stuff was left here to decay and eventually to end up into the dump pit. Helmets, boots, jogging shoes, overalls and a lot of paper. No wonder that it costs so damn much to build a new buildings, when the construction company wastes money like this...

- These are the last pictures from this place, as the building was completely demolished shortly before the school started in August 2003.

- A view to outside. The roof was badly bend already and caused a bit of hesitation, as it looked like that the whole place could collapse on it's own.

- Stairs leading to the second floor at least looked to be okay.

- Thankfully I had visited the first floor in the beginning and seen the ceiling, which is the floor in the upper part of the house. I didn't go further than this, because of the bending of the ceiling/floor and because a big piece was missing from the wall.

- "No smoking allowed indoors!!! That concerns also E.S. ???

- The new high school can be seen in the background. Funny thing happened while I visited this house. There was only a one entrance into the building, the window next to the main door. So I had to with great difficulty, swing myself and camera into the building. While starting to plan my exit from the building, I happened to try the main door...it was open...

- I hadn't even try the main door to see if it was open or not, while entering the place.
