- The second world war, was the first war, where the propaganda machine used media effectively, to achieve it's own goals and to affect it's own population. How well did they succeed in this, remains a question mark, but at least the German soldiers in East Front, did manage to get involved in horrible atrocities, getting power to do these kind of actions, almost solely from the illusion, that had been created by the German propaganda machine. Illusion about the Bolshevik monster, that would eventually swallow Germany, with the help of Jews. After this, media has been used many times, in many different conflicts. Vietnam war is consider the first true TV war, where the images flowed to every living room.
- Picture is more powerful, that a written text and this is the thing, where the propaganda machines of United States of America and Great-Britain aims. In England, they show documents about people who have been tortured by the Iraqi officials and at the same time in USA, they show a document what the anthrax bacterial can do in a human being. If they would write these same issue on to a paper, the effect wouldn't be so powerful and not many people would be moved by these kind of writings. But who can not be affected, when you see how the Iraqi police and soldiers, break knuckles of some men or when you see a child, that has anthrax? Of course at the same time, you forget that in your own country, there's millions of people, unable to get medical health care, because they are too poor and so they too are in a horrible condition, but of course these poor people don't walk in the suburbs to disturb the middle class. You also seem to forget the people who are tortured by the prison officials, before the execution. Maybe the gas chamber is even in your backyard, but you just don't see it and you don't care about atrocities committed in your own country.
- The saddest part in this media circus, where Mr. Powell is the main boss, is that people really seem to forget the history in fifty or sixty years.
- First world war broke out, because Austria-Hungary dictated hard conditions to Serbia, in order to avoid the war. These conditions were way too hard, that any nation could have accepted them. Result of this was, that millions of men died to the muddy trenches. Somehow I find familiar, this dictating hard conditions to someone?
- Before the second world war, Adolf Hitler generated a picture, about the Bolshevik monster, that would swallow the whole Europe, with the help of the Jews. This threatening picture was generated so well and so long, that the ordinary people in Germany, were brainwashed and ready for the crusade in east and to destroy the Jews there and then. This threatening picture worked really well and Adolf Hitler and the other high ranking officials got what they wanted. Meaning that they were able to destroy millions of Jews and millions of Russian peasants, who were accused of being Bolsheviks. How ever, many of these peasants didn't even know what the word meant. While Germany was able to achieve all this, with the help of media, they were also able to destroy their own country at the same time. Somehow I find familiar, this generating a threatening picture, about something?
- This is the saddest part in this propaganda war against Iraq. People don't remember anything from the history, not even when it hasn't been more than fifty or sixty years. They don't seem to remember that all wars, have started to develop from small things and started to escalate either slowly or suddenly. No war in human history, has started with a sudden crash and expanded immediately all over this planet or to some geographical area.
- People really should think, that where can you get neutral information. You can just be assured, that you will not receive neutral information from the propaganda machine of USA or Great-Britain. Both of them are just trying to get some justification to this war, so that they can secure the oil fields. Good advice how to achieve neutral information, is to gather every piece of information you can get from this subject. Then you'll just reduce half of it and add everything together. At least this way, you can achieve a picture about the situation, that's even in that way.
- I remember reading in the beginning of nineties one article, that predicted the next big wars will start only because of oil. These wars would not have any other functions, than to secure oil supply even a little longer to the future. We all know that oil is not an endless resource. Well, now the prediction of that article is starting to become true. The coming war in Iraq, will be fought solely for the sake of oil. The United States of America and Great-Britain are real hypocrites, when they claim to defend the human rights and protect the world from Iraq. These same countries armed Iraq in the eighties and supported Saddam Hussein. They also looked in the other way, while Saddam was killing Kurds in the north. Why didn't they act then and claim to defend the human rights?
- That article also predicted what will the reason for war, after the oil has run out from earth. Water would be the next reason for wars. That's one resource that every human being needs and it's not that simple, that every country has water. At the moment, in some countries the ground water level is already in a very low level.
- And may I ask you, that what country has almost the biggest ground water resources...
