- Heavy Cruiser: Admiral Hipper

- Launched: 6th of February, 1937

- Commissioned: 29th of April, 1939

- Fate: 3rd of April, 1945, the ship is hit by a several bombs during an air attack to the harbour of Kiel, after it had helped to carry some 1 500 refugees out from East-Prussia during the winter of 1945. The ship is heavily damaged from this attack and the following attack of 9th of April 1945 destroys most of the superstructures. The ship is finally blown up on 3rd of May, 1945. The remains of the ship are being raised by the British in 1948 and finally scrapped in 1949.
