- Type A (open) machine gun position, now guarding a modern road. This position is actually pointing towards the background area of the fortification. Any enemy which would have been able to penetrate the neighbour position, would have received fire from this position. |

- Most likely a Type B (open) machine gun position. The supporting iron bars have been blown away from the embrasure, but still some remains. This is located right next to the position, which is shown in the above picture. This one also fires even deeper to the rear area. It's actually located so, that it's facing nearly 180 degrees away from the direction where the enemy most likely would have attacked. |
